    The City of McComb Public Works Department offers a variety of services to its citizens.  All divisions work together to maintain the streets, the water, the traffic and the beautification of the City.  Below are some of the services offered by the Public Works Department.  Citizens are welcome to call the office at  (601) 684-3497  with any questions or concerns or to place a work order for any of the services.

Requirements to connect water to resident/business

  •  You must have a letter or a lease agreement to leave with us with your name and the address you are moving to and the Landlords name on it.

     YOU CAN NOT SET UP AN ACCOUNT IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME; RENT RECEIPTS ARE NOT ALLOWED
     

  •   Driver's License or State issued Photo ID

  •   Deposits as of 11/1/03
      Residence $100 + $10 Service fee on 3/4 in.
      Mobile Home: $150 + $10 service fee
      Business: $150 + $10 service fee
      ALL 1 INCH OR LARGER DOMESTIC METERS :$150 + $10 service fee

    YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE ABOVE ITEMS IN ORDER FOR US TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CONTRACT.
